MSIG Sai Kung 50 Race Series Round Up

MSIG Sai Kung 50 was the third and final leg of the MSIG HK 50 series, which was held on 18 February, 2017. Over 1,000 international elite runners and local athletes successfully conquered the technically demanding course in Sai Kung.

Australian trail runner, Vlad Ixel, was crowned overall champion of the MSIG Sai Kung 50 race and Hong Kong's Ching-ling Lo grabbed the women's title. This race attracted substantial media coverage from the local TV stations and press, such as TVB, Now TV, Apple Daily, Oriental Daily, SCMP, Sing Tao Daily and some worldwide running-related websites, as well as making a buzz on social media. Over 30 media mentions and more than 1,300 engagements were gained by this race.
