Since the launch of its new EASY Claims System, more than 80% of MSIG HK’s online customers have submitted their claims using the online claims submission system, which registers, initially validates, and acknowledges all claims automatically. Submissions are now easier than ever for online customers, as they are no longer required to send hard-copy documents and can instead upload all supporting information through the platform.
