Notice of System Maintenance of MediGo Member Portal

MediGo Member Portal will be under system maintenance from 18 March 2023 (Saturday) at 00:00 am until 20 March 2023 (Monday) at 9:00 am. During this period, MediGo Member Portal will not be available for use. If you would like to use the digital medical card to visit a panel doctor under our network, please take a photo or make a screencap of the digital medical card in advance.

We have made special arrangements during the system maintenance period with additional staff in our customer centre to provide assistance. If you have any urgent issues over the weekend, please feel free to contact us at +852 3122 6828 between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm.
