The insurance company has been recognised for its achievements in the areas of claims service, data protection, sustainability and digital innovation

We are pleased to announce that we have garnered numerous awards in 2023 for our commitment to enhancing customer experience, data security and environmental protection. We have also achieved three digital awards throughout the years for its innovative MSIG mobile app.

Details of MSIG’s awards in 2023 are as follows:

Enhancing claims service levels

MSIG was recognised for its commitment to continual investment in its claims services with the “Outstanding Claims Management – Hong Kong” award at the InsuranceAsia News Country Awards for Excellence 2023. The judges were particularly impressed with three initiatives launched by the Company in 2023. These were the revamping of the EASY Claims online platform, the introduction of the MediGo Portal and the introduction of robotic process automation to significantly reduce man-hours. These three initiatives have elevated MSIG’s claims services and help position the Company as an industry leader in Hong Kong’s insurance market.
