At the Financial Times Asia Insurance Summit held on 9 October 2019, Philip Kent, CEO of MSIG HK was invited to participate on a panel discussion on: going digital. 

“As an insurance company that sees the heart in everything, we treasure every feedback from our customers and partners. We are committed to enhancing customer experience by identifying appropriate technologies and looking for ways to best integrate technology and human capabilities” said Phil. Through the integration of our e-Commerce website, MSIG App, EASY Claims System automation and the company’s efforts in using robotic process automation, we aim to bring customer experience to new heights.
